By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Our services

We offer the following, as described on this website:

• General Trading: sale of products such as health and wellness items, baby care, food, spices, home and personal care, and supplements.
• Accommodations: bedspaces, apartments, villas, holiday homes and property services.
• Air Ticketing: flight bookings and related visa support.
• Car Hire: daily and long-term rentals, airport transfers and chauffeur services.
• Tourism: tours, safaris, cruises and attraction tickets.

Information on this website is for general guidance and does not by itself form a binding offer. A booking or sale is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, including by email or WhatsApp.

2. Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Give false or misleading information in any enquiry or booking.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other users' data.
• Introduce viruses or harmful code, or interfere with how the site works.
• Copy, scrape or reuse our content, images or branding without our written permission.

3. Bookings, prices and payment

• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless we tell you otherwise, and may change until your booking is confirmed.
• Airfares, hotel rates, tour prices and similar items depend on supplier availability and can change without notice before confirmation.
• Payment must be made by the method and deadline we give you. We may cancel an unpaid booking.
• You must give accurate details, including names exactly as they appear on passports or IDs. Changes caused by incorrect details may carry fees.

4. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the service and on the airline, hotel, owner or tour operator involved. In general:

• Air tickets: governed by the airline's fare rules. Many tickets are non-refundable or carry change fees, and our service fees may not be refundable.
• Accommodations and car hire: governed by the agreement you sign or the terms we confirm. Deposits may be forfeited if you cancel late.
• Tours and tickets: may be non-refundable once issued, except where the operator cancels.
• Products: please contact us promptly about damaged or incorrect items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened food, personal care, baby care or supplement products unless required by law.

Any refund will be paid in the same way as the original payment, after we receive it from the supplier where applicable.

5. Travel documents and visas

You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, health certificates and any other documents needed for your journey. Where we help with visa applications, we assist with the process only. Approval is decided by the relevant authority, and we are not liable for delays or refusals.

6. Car hire and accommodation conditions

• Drivers must hold a valid licence accepted in the UAE and meet our age and documentation requirements.
• You are responsible for traffic fines, tolls, parking charges and damage during the rental period, except where covered by insurance as stated in your agreement.
• Tenants and guests must follow the property rules, local regulations and the terms of the tenancy or booking, and must leave the property in good condition.

7. Third-party suppliers

Many of our services are delivered by third parties such as airlines, hotels, tour operators and property owners. They are responsible for their own services, and their terms apply in addition to ours. We act as intermediary where applicable, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions or delays of these suppliers beyond what the law requires.

8. Product information

We try to describe products accurately, but images and descriptions may differ slightly from the actual item. Health, Ayurvedic and supplement products are not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, are giving a product to a child, or have a medical condition. Tobacco products are sold only to adults of legal age in line with UAE law.

9. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, images, logos and design, belongs to ViVa & Co LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not use our content commercially without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by events outside our control (such as flight disruption, weather, strikes, government action or supplier failure). Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we do not control or endorse their content.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the website means you accept the changes. Bookings already confirmed remain subject to the terms in force when they were made.
